Your enquiry

The information entered in the enquiry form is not stored by this website or automatically transmitted to us. It is used to prepare an email draft on your device. We only receive it when you send the email using your email app.

Please use the form only for your holiday enquiry. Do not include identity documents or payment details. For questions about handling your enquiry, contact chasa@salnuun.ch.

Availability and online booking

On the “Availability & booking” page, clicking “Load availability & booking” loads the external Holidu booking module. This connects to Holidu and transmits technical information such as your IP address and browser data. Travel dates and information entered in the module are processed there to check availability and handle your booking. Payment and cancellation terms are shown in the booking flow.

Holidu’s privacy information is available under “Privacy” in the booking module. You can also contact us separately by email.

External links and website operation

This website does not set its own analytics or marketing cookies. It is hosted through OpenAI Sites. Technical connection data such as your IP address and browser information is processed when you visit. Map and Instagram links open external services only when clicked; their respective privacy policies apply.
