Our two dog-friendly holiday apartments are in the historic village centre of Samnaun-Compatsch: Val sleeps up to 4 guests in two bedrooms, and Alp sleeps up to 2 in one bedroom. Both have their own kitchen. Whether you come for skiing, biking or walking, you have a home of your own in the mountains.

Where are the Chasa Salnuun holiday apartments?
Chasa Salnuun is at Kirchweg 5 in the historic village centre of Samnaun-Compatsch, Switzerland. The house contains the Val and Alp holiday apartments. Parking is available.
Which apartment suits 2 or 4 guests?
Alp offers 45 m² and one separate bedroom for up to 2 guests. Val offers 58 m² and two bedrooms for up to 4 guests. Both apartments have their own kitchen and welcome dogs. Extra guests on a sofa bed require a personal arrangement.
Is there Wi-Fi and a television?
Yes, guest Wi-Fi is free to use. The television offers Zattoo with TV and replay. You can also use your own streaming accounts; please sign out before departure.
Are the apartments smoke-free?
Yes, smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the house. You may smoke outside. Please put cigarette ends in the rubbish.
What should I do before departure?
Please leave the apartment swept clean, with dishes washed and put away and the dishwasher empty. Strip the beds, collect the laundry, dispose of rubbish and recycling and close all windows. You will find the full instructions in your guest guide.
Can I book online?
Select your dates and number of guests under “Availability & booking”. Our Holidu booking module displays availability and prices. Payment and cancellation terms are shown before you complete the booking. You can still contact us personally about special requests.
How do I enquire directly?
Send us your travel dates, number of guests and preferred apartment. We will check availability and send a personal offer with the total price. Your enquiry is non-binding.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Regular check-in is between 16:00 and 20:00. Check-out is between 08:00 and 10:00. Please contact us to arrange a different arrival time.
Can I bring my dog?
Both apartments welcome dogs. Val also offers an outdoor area for your dog. A dog shower is planned from spring 2027. Please mention your dog in your enquiry; we will confirm details and any supplements in your offer.
Where can I park and store skis or bikes?
Parking, a ski room and space to store bikes are available. We will send the parking and arrival details before your stay.
What is included in the offer?
Your offer will include the rental price, final cleaning, visitor taxes and any extras. Please include children’s ages and requests such as a cot or sofa bed.
Can returning guests reserve early?
Contact us directly about your next stay. We are happy to check your preferred dates even if they have not yet been released online.
