Book directly online

Under “Availability & booking”, choose your dates, number of guests and apartment. The Holidu booking module shows available offers and prices in CHF. Before completing a binding booking, check the total price, payment terms and cancellation conditions shown for your offer.

Send a personal enquiry

Have a special request or want to speak with us first? Send a personal enquiry. It is non-binding. The form prepares an email draft, which you then send yourself using your email app. This does not reserve an apartment.

For a personal booking, agree the offer, total price, payment terms and cancellation conditions with us before accepting. Keep the agreed conditions together with your booking confirmation.

Price and payment

Your specific booking offer sets out the price. Check which services, cleaning, visitor taxes and requested extras are included. Mention dogs, children’s ages and requests such as a cot or sofa bed when enquiring. Your booking conditions specify the payment method and due dates.

If your plans change

For an online booking, the specific cancellation deadlines and charges are shown in the offer before you complete it. For a personal booking, the conditions agreed with us apply. This overview does not introduce an additional or different cancellation policy.

Need to cancel, change your dates or cannot travel? Contact us as early as possible and have your name, apartment, travel dates and booking reference ready, if available. If your booking confirmation specifies a process for changes or cancellations, use that process.

A change, early departure or failure to arrive does not automatically mean there will be no charges. Check the implications with us against your agreed conditions before changing your plans.
